The people & the objects in a photograph may change accordingly.., but the photographs taken makes them remain as such., without changes., in our memories.. They keep Memories Alive...

Photography is a vast world. There are many different types of photography and many different kinds of people that enjoy it. It’s a hobby that be relatively inexpensive or one that you can invest a lot of money on. Photos are so special because they give us memories of times and places and events in our lives. We can hold onto these memories forever with a photograph.

As much as people love photos, many people love taking them even more. Whether it’s a mother who takes photos at every of her children’s moments in life (first smile, first step, first spaghetti meal) or maybe it’s the father who never forgets his camera for a football or basketball game, or maybe it’s the young girl who loves nature hikes with her camera; these people are not exceptions. They all have an eye for those special moments and they all appreciate the camera’s ability to capture that moment and freeze it in time forever.

According to the reports, Samsung Galaxy will roll out in the market from April next year.
According to Samsung Hub, Samsung is also expected to show during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas in January 2011 other Android PMPs like YP-G50 and hopefully the recently certified YP-GB70.

Samsung launches Galaxy Tab

KOREAN ELECTRONIC giant Samsung has launched Android powered Galaxy Tab tablet at an event at the Time Warner Center in US. Samsung Galaxy Tabs are Android 2.2-powered, touch screen tablets with 7-inch, 1024x600 screens. The Galaxy Tab was first announced in Europe.

Samsung Galaxy Tab tablet is 13 ounces in weigh and 12mm thick. It features include a 1.3 mega-pixel camera on the front and a 3MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and 720p video capture, 1 GHz Hummingbird processor, 2GB onboard and a pre-installed 16GB microSD card which can be expendable up to 32 GB and about 7 hours of battery life with the 4,000 mAh battery. It also offers 3D graphics and smooth Web browsing.

In the Galaxy Tab, Samsung has included the Social Hub and Daily Briefing for social networking services such as Facebook, Twitter and also include news feeds, weather information, stock quotes and calendar appointments. Korean electronic giant said its initial content partners include MTV, NBC, Paramount and Universal Home Entertainment. Samsung Media Hub will offers TV shows and movies to rent or to buy.

This tablet comes with Android 2.2 that will be upgradeable to Android 2.3 in the near future. The current Android version has been modified with some custom skins and applications. Most Android 2.2 apps developed using Google's guidelines for Android should scale properly when displayed on larger-screen devices such as the Samsung Galaxy Tab, according to Samsung.

It features a calendar, email and instant messaging applications. It has a launcher for e-reading applications which starts PressDisplay when reading newspapers, Kobo when reading e-books, and Zinio when reading magazines.

Samsung Galaxy Tab will be available through four leading telecom giants of the US, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and AT&T. However, Samsung hasn't yet released pricing and release dates of Galaxy Tab, but it is expected to ship during the Christmas shopping season.

Samsung Epic 4G Vs iPhone 4G

Epic 4G sports AMOLED 4' screen. It measured 124.8 mm * 64.6 mm*14.2mm and weights 155 grams. Talking about iPhone 4, the screen of size is 3.5' and measured 115.2mm*58.6mm*49.3mm and weights only 137 grams.

RECENTLY SAMSUNG with the help of America's third-largest operator - Sprint eventually officially released latest smartphone -- Samsung Epic. As the name "the Epic", it is not only the perfectly followed the strong function of Galaxy S, and provided the support of the Wimax network on the basic of the slide-out QWERTY keyboard. So it became the first sided-out touch screen 4G smartphone in North American. What are main features of it? We are comparison with iPhone 4G.

Display

Epic 4G sports AMOLED 4” screen. It measured 124.8 mm * 64.6 mm*14.2mm and weights 155 grams. Talking about iPhone 4, the screen of size is 3.5” and measured 115.2mm*58.6mm*49.3mm and weighs only 137 grams.

At keyboard aspect, Epic has a QWERTY keyboard and iPhone 4 does not include a QWERTY keyboard.

Processor and Operating system

Epic will run Google’s Android 2.1 operating system which can be upgraded to Android 2.2 or Froyo in the future and it is equipped with 1 GHz Cortex A8 Hummingbird application processor with a six-axis accelerometer which is known for its speed.

And iPhone 4 comes with iOS 4 and is equipped with 1 GHz processor. But it could be able to offer you a lot more apps, sure enough, so many you won’t know what to do with them. The Epic is not going to offer you as many apps as the iPhone 4.

Connectivity

The Epic get access to 3G and 4G speeds, which should get you download speeds somewhere between 3-6Mbps (according to the release — your real world results will differ on a constant basis). It also be turned into a 3G/4G mobile hotspot, which will allow you to connect up to 5 WiFi-enabled devices at once. As for iPhone 4 finally support 802.11n.

Multimedia

Epic 4G comes with a dual camera with a 5MP and Flash (front facing:VGA) and the ability to record video at 720p. Samsung has its own version of DLNA sharing, called AllShare. You’ll be able to share your music, movies, and pictures on all DLNA-supported devices in your home, wirelessly. And one of the better reasons to do that is Samsung’s new Media Hub, which makes the Epic 4G the first and only 4G-enabled device that is fully optimized to serve HD-like entertainment on a handset’s screen. But most of movies are DVD format.

iPhone 4 also has the dual camera settings, the primary in the rear is 5MP with Flash and the front facing is a VGA for video chatting. iPhone 4G lets you record and edit incredible HD video and the popular tap to focus feature now works while recording video. You can use the iPhone 4G‘s LED flash for both still photography and video recording. The new iMovie? app for iPhone lets you combine movie clips, add dynamic transitions and themes and include photos and music, and users can buy it for just $4.99 through the App Store right on their phone.

Epic 4G comes with a 1500mAH battery (Stand by time and talk time has not been published.) and iPhone 4 incorporates a 1200mAH battery (its supports seven hours of talk time on 3G networks, up to 10 hours of web browsing on Wi-Fi and up to six hours on 3G, and up to 10 hours of video playback and up to 40 hours of audio playback).

Unfortunately, the Samsung Epic does not have photo and video geotagging like the iPhone 4. I would stick with the iPhone 4 since it does offer more of the latest specs. There is no info on when the Samsung Epic is going to become available or how much it is going to set. So, we have to wait and hope it could be published as soon as quickly!

Sachin didn't see the Winning Shot

Mumbai: Sachin Tendulkar didn't watch Mahendra Singh Dhoni's winning shot, a six over long on off Nuwan Kulasekara, that clinched India the World Cup final against Sri Lanka on Saturday night.

The batting maestro was inside the dressing room, his hands clasped, eyes shut and prayers on his lips. It was the deafening roar of the capacity crowd that shook him and made him realise that his life-long dream had been realised. "I was not listening to anything at that time. I was not watching too. I was just praying to God. I realised that we have won the Cup when the entire stadium went up in a cheer," Tendulkar said when MiD DAY caught up with him outside the dressing room at the Wankhede Stadium on Saturday.

He played in five World Cups before without success. His dream was fulfilled on his home ground , the Wankhede Stadium. Then, in a matter of a few moments, he moved from being immersed in himself to being lost in the frenzy of celebration. "I am really speechless. I don't know what to say! It's a feeling which I can't explain in any language," he said.

"It is a different kind of feeling. I am on a high. I believe now I am living in a different planet. It feels as if I am flying high." As he hugged his teammates one by one, tears rolled down his cheeks.

Then, as he has done on every occasion of reaching a milestone, he remembered his late father. "Khushi ke aansu bhi hote hain. Yeah, if he were here, he would have been the happiest person. He is always in my mind," Tendulkar said.

True heroes
Tendulkar was touched when the group of NSG commandos tasked with protecting him requested to be photographed with him and his family. Tendulkar immediately went into the dressing room and returned with son Arjun. Father and son posed with the commandos for the picture. "They are the real heroes. They defend our nation," the premier batsman said. The members of the Indian team might disagree, though. For them, he was God, the reason they played and won the coveted title. "I am not at all a special person. It was a nice gesture by the teammates. If you are talking about special, our nation is special. The people of our nation are special. We won the World Cup for them," Tendulkar said.

Tendulkar praised man of the tournament, Yuvraj Singh: He has been absolutely wonderful," he said.
